Abstract
1. Conference Registration is MANDATORY for Abstract submission.
2. Abstracts should be submitted on via email bssconabstracts@gmail.com
3. Abstracts can be submitted for –
4. Only one abstract per category per candidate shall be accepted.
5. The subject of email should be Abstract Submission - “xxxx” where ‘xxxx’ is your Conference Registration Number.
6. The email should be accompanied by Abstract Submission form either as attachment (docx) or as text.
7. The abstracts should be written in English.
8. Abstract should not be more than 300 words.
9. Case reports are accepted.
10. The abstract should be structured under following headings:
- Study Design
- Objective
- Summary of Background data
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusions
11. The name of authors/ institution or any other identifying information should not be disclosed in the ‘Abstract Text’ section.
12. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to change the presentation type and ask for complete manuscript.
13. The decision of Scientific Committee shall be final and binding.
14. Only Free Papers/ Original Studies shall be considered for Gold Medal/Best Paper Session.
15. If it is found, at any stage, that the study is plagiarized, it shall result in automatic disqualification.
16. Deadline for abstract submission is 21st May 2023.
