It gives us great pleasure to invite you to the Second Annual Conference of the Bombay Spine Society (BSSCON-2023), to be held from 23^rd to 25^th June, 2023 at Sion Hospital, Mumbai.

Our theme for this year is “Revision Spine Surgery.” This year we will focus on risk factors, clinical assessment and treatment strategies for revision spine surgeries. Besides didactic talks, the emphasis will be on case-based discussion and one-to-one interaction between the delegates and the faculty. The aim of every session will be to present succinct take-home messages that will help the participants in decision making for revision spine surgeries.

The academic highlights include sessions on common revision spine surgery scenarios, e.g. recurrent disc prolapse, failed lumbar spine instrumentation, spinal infections, dural injuries, and construct failtures in osteoporotic spine. Furthermore, in the tradition of past BSS conferences, a day of the conference is dedicated for live spine surgery demonstrations. In addition, limited seats are available for participating in a full-day cadaver workshop (either lumbar or cervical spine). Therefore, please register early for the workshops if you intend to attend them.
